Opening post

This won't be a very active blog, but it's one way for me to keep up with the students, and to follow their blogs, and to make any comments I need to about the class.

We were having technical problems last week, with Internet Explorer. I must remember to remind students to install Firefox, and hopefully that will help.

Google seems to think I am running a spam blog. I must say, I am offended, and I hope they review this idea.
